Not necessarily. They sort by RAC by default. I've always seem the crunching stats sorted by total credit, but RAC is useful to see how much output a person is currentdly doing.

Recent Average Credit will level-off to roughly your actual daily production. It's a weighted average that's got a half-life of 1 week, so if you completely stops, it will take a week before RAC drops to 1/2.
