stats at the halfway point of 2009

Let's put our stats down to see where we are at this point and revisit every three months gauge our progress.

I just used tailor tape to get my measurements.

waist 40
hips 39
chest 43
biceps 14
thigh 25
calf 15
neck 17

all in inches, my bf% is 23.
