Static through speakers when I use my mouse scroll wheel?

Whenever I use my scroll wheel I can hear static and what not through my Creative speakers. What could be causing this interference?
 
Try muting your line in if you do not use a microphone. Or if you don't mind the extra work, you can move the sound card to a different PCI slot.
 
I've notice this in some systems too. Also, in my current system with an Audigy 2ZS, sometimes I get faint buzzing sounds on some websites and not others, with various background colors. I try to replicate this with other screen images with similar background colors and couldn't do it - weird.
 
Ditto this, I have a MS optical mouse w/scroll and get the sound through my sound system. I have a Creative live! and crappy GE speakers.
