Static or Dynamic...???

is there any speed differences in downloading with static or dynamic address...???
or the download speed is the ISP's problem..????

Should'nt be any difference between a DHCP provided IP address and a static IP address in regards to speed. Whether it is an ISP problem or not without more information on your network setup and what you are doing with the network, I couldn't answer.

An IP address is an IP address, the only difference between DHCP and static is that you had to type the latter one in yourself.
