Static noise when restarting windows

When I restart windows, I sometimes get some sort of static noise through my speakers. Could this be a driver problem? Anyone having the problem too?

Could be the speakers powering up. The old FPS system has some sort of power saving feature. If you hear "zzzZZZt" after a while of silence, that's the speakers shutting down.

I never heard ZZZZZzzzt after a while of silence

but when I restart windows it goes like 'KIIIIISSSSSHHHHHHsss' and it stops while windows is being loaded

I 'think', so I'm not sure, I didn't have the problem always...maybe it started by installing something...maybe newer drivers??

any ideas????
