Static dhcp doling out an invalid IP? Blah still busted signal?

Here's the deal I've got a Di-624 Dlink wireless G router.
I use static DHCP, mac filtering(yes my host name and mac addy settings for each machine are correct) and WPA. I've assigned on my lan for IP ranges 192.xxx.x.101-106
But on one machine a few minutes after bootup it will re-assign an IP outside this parameter like 192.xxx.x.92?
Zero config is enabled, I lose network access without this (due to WPA?). SSID is off.

Any ideas? I've tried another wireless NIC just for kicks and get the same results, currently running dlink wireless G nics.

Okay I'm still not sure why this was happening but if this happens to anyone else an easy fix is to take that machine off the dhcp server, assign it a static IP. Dlink suggested this when I called them this morning, yes I hated to break down and do that, not bad though as my call was answered in less than 30 seconds after the voice prompts.
Honestly I did think of doing that before I just didn't know my DNS server addresses, then it hit me look in your WAN settings on the 624.
Okay looks like it's not fixed, I spoke too soon, since I've changed out to a Linksys wireless NIC as well my guess is that it's the signal, since the IP isn't changing as I've manually assigned it I'll try moving the PC and let you know.
