If you service your pc and you didn't discharge yourself and touch the pc housing can that damage the pc ? Thanks

Yes, but you will rarely run into problems where static killed a piece of hardware.
 
Its very difficult to damage a peice of hardware through static on pcs. Purely because most things are protected pretty well nowadays from prying eyes. You could rub your finger back n forth on a chip n it wud be fine 🙂 COmpletly pointless though, theres always a chance sumthing will typically go wrong. lol
