Meet Judge Roy Moore from Alabama. He has repeatedly proclaimed "state's rights" until he disagrees with Alabama, then he seeks remedy in the Federal court. According to the article he doesn't have much of a case.

There used to be punishments which involved public ridicule. Bring back the pillory and stick this guy in it, right in the middle of the busiest intersection in their state.
