The company I work for is family owned. The owner is old and should have retired long ago, he's handing it off to his son and daughter. They make a half million a year each, and are in charge of making decisions about things they have absolutely no knowledge of. The daughter recently made a $200,000 error in judgement, and my group is in charge of fixing it and doing the job correctly. Regardless, they are now in charge, and if anything at least we'll stay busy.
