Not only that, but it weakens me, and my wage earning potential.

The problem with P&N is that it has become a refuge for just such useless trolls and tools, effectively killing any hope for productive discussion. They are too prolific and too disruptive, drowning out those offering useful comments. This thread is an especially clear example, but it's hardly unusual.
