I believe you're mistaking THE Constitution for what is euphamistically called, "taking a constitutional." 1. He force a so-called health care reform that will end up not only increasing costs to the end user, but will drastically increase the National Debt.
2. He lied when he stated that people who like their current coverage can keep it.
3. He's interfered in State's rights and undermined legally passed laws rather than letting the Justice Department do their job as a counterbalance to executive power.
4. He's routinely supported illegal immigrant rights over those of US citizens in order to gain the minority vote.

I see your point. Around here the population is almost half hispanic, so there are likely a fair share of illegals mixed in. The work that illegals do aren't being fought for by whites, even in this down economy. I'm sure the unemployment being extended to 99 weeks only further reinforces that.

If we were able to rid ourselves of all the illegals tomorrow, there would be a huge glut of very low skilled low paid jobs that would not get done. Wages for those types of jobs would have to go up tremendously in order to get Americans to work those jobs. Truth of the matter is our economy would go into shock if the Obama administration or any other administration down the road would actually try enforcing our immigration laws.

The illegals basically serve the same purpose as slave labor of centuries ago, or even the Chinese labor of today. Do the hard work for cheap so we can have it easier and our products for cheaper.
