I just installed my Vista Ultimate OS disc. I had to install two accounts since my computer forcefully restarted itself (i thought that OS was doing most, if not, all the work for me in the installation). After i created a user account, it gives me this short music clip with the Vista logo on a black background and than goes to a ''please wait....' with a circle' screen. After every 5 or so minutes when its on this screen, it restarts the computer and does the same thing, over and over again.
