It is good and I'll tell you why. First of all its a documentary about startups these people are into. The best part about it is that it teaches you the failure of others and it is very clear why they fail.

The service that they are offering is absolutely one of the most iditiotic things to come out of the dot com era--almost on par with concrete and dog food online .coms that sent through the post system.

The guy who runs the show is really a babbling dumbass who hasn't really a clue what is worthwhile investments and what isn't--rather he can just get the Vulture Captial, slap his business buddies on the ass and say how great they are for revolutionizing the web et cetera.

His friend and co-founder of the business (the dude with the actual talent and technical ability) is eventually led out of the building by security after an ugly separation inside the top ranks.

Overall I think its a great documentary for what NOT to do.

Honestly I'm not trying to sound negative--but the whole movie is about failure. If you are more interested in starting a business one day this can save you many headaches. Business is hard but there is no reason you can't succeed as long as you have a GOOD idea, the money to pursue it and the will to see it come to a creation. Most people during the dot com lacked solid ideas that common sense tells you would do well.

In this documentary it doesn't explicitly comment on the waste and stupidity but a smart individual can see it. The millions they blow through (literally like what, 50 million?) the lack of actual product and idea, the overstaffing and stuff you DONT NEED to begin with.

Now that I think about it you should definitely buy it if you are interested in starting a business. If you are just into computers/internet then no, you'd dislike it greatly.
