They have Doritos in Canada? Maybe Canada isn't the culinary hellhole I imagined it to be.

Far from it, particularly wrt dairy. Like Europeans, the Canadians don't cook the shit out of the milk they use for cheese and other things.

So... serious question. You know how Canada doesn't let you in (tourist visa, etc.) if you have a DUI or other "felony" convictions? What about weed related offenses?

Well, not real Doritos obviously. Their technology is still stuck in the 1920s and they don't have the capability of knocking off a tortilla chip. It's probably something like a thin piece of shaved tree bark fried and sprinkled with poutine-flavored dust. Which, come to think of it, is not really all that different from a real Dorito. But when you've got the munchies that would be good enough, eh?

In the states they put you in jail for using weed, so yeah not really worth the risk. What our government will need to be clear of though is to tell people that if you're going to smoke weed you can't go to the states anymore. The states are actually banning people now if they did weed before. I don't know if it's randomized or what, but lot of people are getting hit.

I often wonder where you get your information about the US. It's always hilariously wrong. ....it's probably the same source where I get my information about Canada.

Ohhh, that's the devil plant.

My mom told me to never touch the devil's plant. AND I WON'T!!!

News, stories, etc. it's pretty widespread information that weed is considered super illegal in the states except for a few places. That and the whole "war on drugs" and all the crap that surrounds it. It's very well known common info these days. I don't know how people can deny it. You can find tons of stories just by googling it.

Then let's not forget about all the police brutality that goes on over this harmless "crime". For example:

Kid getting beat up over a weed pipe and having his tooth broken

Kid getting tased to the point of suffering brain damage, over a little weed.

Police raid house because they smelled weed and terrorize whole family

Elderly people mistreated because a plant was mistaken for weed

I could go on... I just did a quick search and these were things that popped up. All these beatings, mistreatment etc, over weed. If you don't think the laws are not too harsh then you must be smoking a lot of it yourself. Police brutality in general is a horrible issue there but that's a whole other story.

Today is a day that makes me proud to be Canadian. I don't even smoke weed, but it's nice to know that people won't get in trouble with the law anymore over it. It's probably going to boost our economy too.

Bong-a-thong at Squirrels Pad! BYOW!

I just checked and Home Depot got their shipment of THC infused furnace filters. Just going to pop one in and everybody can enjoy themselves. 😀

I joke but I'm sure someone somewhere is going to try to put THC oil in a whole house humidifier, or try to convert it into a whole house bong.

STFU bleeding heart. Degenerates need their asses busted, whipped and broken.

Not a mod call out.

Browsing a government site has never been more enjoyable. Comes straight to your door, hassle free and you get exactly what you pay for.

The website managed to not crash too. I was pretty sure it would have the same fate as our immigration website on the night of the US elections. 😛 That was pretty funny actually.
