I've had a weird sleep schedule as long as I can remember... basically I don't get tired till 3-4am. Of course this isn't exactly condusize to a normal business/school schedule. Luckily my work let's me come in whenever I want, so I usually come in around 9:30 everyday. I'm starting out taking Unisom and I'll probably end up settling on Benedryl depending on how it works and if I need it.
On weekends I usually sleep 10-12 hours, so obviously I need more than 5-6 on a normal day. I'm going to try a 11:30 to 7:30 schedule this week and see how it works out.
