starting problem

i got everthing to work except there only 3 led on and i connected my moniter to vga thing. now when i start my pc its says plz check ur cables and something? i have a X800pro vivo and its PciE i have some wires i dont know how to use for it

You probably forgot to attach the power connector to your video card.
