I don't agree with stocking all that stuff up....the market is to volatle and you will often find everything slightly cheaper in 3 months, and cheaper still in another 3 months, etc....plus space to keep it all etc.
Most fresh businesses don't hire lawyers either, just fill out the paperwork yourself for a LLC and be done with it.
If I ever needed a part I also got the money upfront and ordered overnight if needed. Many people will order something and then just drive up to Best Buy that night, have them do it, and tell you when you show up the next day 'it started working'.
