JEBUS this looks crazy, I recently finished the beginner track on GSP's Rushfit, I want to do the intermediate and advanced tracks, but I thought I'd switch it up. Found Asylum on Craigslist for uber cheap, but he didn't have the agility ladder. Hopefully Sports Authority or Sports Chalet has them in store. I didn't really feel the original Insanity was for me, this one looks pretty good though. It has a lot of jump roping in it. Sean T claims even people who suck at it will pick up the groove quick. But I don't know, I has god awful coordination so the ump rope part should be fun 🙂 I also think my bad coordination and overall lack of balance and agility should make the agility ladder stuff interested too.

I don't think I could have picked a worse workout program to start up 😀

I laugh when I read these "I'm gonna start X workout on Y day." I just feel if people are really serious about doing something, they should just start that day instead of putting it off a couple more and posting about it.

No offense.

And good luck.

I don't have the agility ladder yet it's like 90% of the 1st workout. So I think that gives me at least a partial pass for not starting today, maybe not I dunno 😀
