Alright, well, the title pretty much sums up my current state of mind regarding programming in general and I'm currently working on a short program and I'm having some very minor difficulties in 5 lines of it. It's a program for a best fit line using the least squares method, seen here, and in lines 24-29 I just don't know what to put in for the z and c values since it says they're undefined, but in class it worked for other people (variables like z1,c1 and z2,c2 were used to separate the differences from the x and y values for each exclusive subvector and multvector function).
Anyways, if someone could knock some sense into me and let me know the correct way to do this I'd really appreciate it, thanks!
