Today will be the first day I start eating strictly fruits and vegetables. For the next 30 days or so I'm eliminating sweets, fried food and meat. I will be severely limiting myself from bread, starchy food and cheese. So I'll basically be living on just fruits, vegetables, juices and lots of tea (non-caffinated). After 30 days I will slowly begin introducing meat back into my diet, I will just limit myself however to poultry and fish. (nothing fried)
My question is what type of vitamins or supplements should I take? I'm drastically changing my diet and I want to make sure I get all of the things I need to remain healthy.
I posted a similar question some weeks ago but I barely made it through the first 3 days before I gave in and had a cheeseburger. Fortunately this time I'm more motivated and my wife will be doing the same thing.
