Started watching BSG

Watched the first half of the mini-series, then got spoiled as to what happened in the finale. Now I basically have no interest in watching the rest of it.

What do you think? Would it still be worth watching if you knew how it was going to end?

It's a good ride, look up the reviews for most of the episodes and you can skip around 40% of the episodes in the first few seasons.

It gets boring in the later series what with how religion heavy it gets so skip those.

Watch the first four or five episodes of Season 3. "Exodus, Part II" in particular. And the last couple of episodes of the final season too.

There are some really great gems of epidodes in BSG - religion or no religion, it's still a great series and it would be a pity to miss those on account of being lazy or uninterested.

Just watch the whole thing and don't be a pansy about it.

There are plenty of episodes you can skip. You can definitely skip "Black Market" and "The Woman King." There are a lot of others that are bad and don't contribute anything, but those two should be avoided for sure.

Oh god yes... skip Black Market. I think I just blocked that one out of my memory all together.

The worst one was where they were boxing and doing flashbacks the whole episode.

Still, worth a watch overall.

Yes IMO, but even w/ the drastic highs and lows of the series, it was a good show in the end XMan. 🙂

It's totally worth it... till at least season 3 in my opinion. Some episodes are slower than others, but I think the whole series is worth a watch.
