starlightcameras.com is bad, don't order from there

I oreder the camera from starlightcameras.com on 4/17/2003 because I read their information and I saw this website said their service is the best and they got 5 stars for their service. I gave them the credit card # and ordered the camera, on last week, I sent them email and ask them about my order, but they never reply me, so until yesterday (4/28/2003), I still never get their email and tell me how is the product process, so I called to customer service and find the phone number 1-718-621-3111. Then I called them and ask how is my order, one guy pick up the phone and very impolite to me and he hang up on me, so I called them again and the same guy pick up the phone and hang up to me again, I called the third time, not the same guy, the order guy pick up the phone, he talked to me and check my order and said they have no more product there, so I ask him why they never send me the email and tell me, if I know that, I will order it from the order company, I don't need to wait that long, but he is very impolite to me and said they don't care, they just out of that camera and he said your order will be cancel, and then I ask him back why they treat the customer so impolite, then he hang up to me. Few hours later, I called them again because I want to make sure that they cancel my order and will not change my credit card, I think they got my caller ID number, they just pick up the phone and didn't say anything and let me wait, then I hang up and called them again, one guy pick up the phone and I told him this morning what happen and just want to make sure my order is cancel and they will not change my credit card, but he is the same guy before and very impolite to me and hang up on me again and again, I feel very angry and sad, so I write this message to you all guy and tell you my story, BE CAREFULL, I suggest you don't go this website to order, their service is the worst and the people work there are all impolite, they never listen to you and like to hang up to the customer.
