Stargate Seasons DVD's

I also would like to know this! I bought the first one.. and now... nothing. Does anyone know if Sci-Fi Channel is going to pick up the 6th season of Stargate? I heard they were awhile ago.. but haven't heard anything lately. Also, if they are going to be "replaying" the seasons i could see them trying to stall the DVD release awhile.
 
Yes they did pick up the 6th season and I believe will air in the fall.. (Maybe) .

Why is it the Brits have the individual DVDs of episodes not in Season 1 but we don't?
 
I read on the forums at dvdtalk.com that they will release season 2 before the end of the year. I'm getting really impatient, I don't have cable and the the local channel that carried it here got it's tower demolished by a small plane, so I haven't seen any episodes in ages other than the ones from my season 1 set.

Ok I rememeber when they said that and they also said Showtime wouldn't be showing any new episodes but these last 2 weeks there have been 2 new eipsodes.

Looks like that scifi deal didn't go through.
 
Just got back to checking this thread. Good to see it will be starting up this fall. There is a few in the 3rd & 4th season that i have not yet seen. As for Showtime showing them, it was my understanding they would finish the 5th season. I was also told that the 5th season has already been finished in the UK??

*waits for season 2 box set*
