Stargate: Continuum?

Definitely. I'd say it was a great straight to DVD movie.

Well considering the Ark of Truth was supposed to be an entire season on it's own... but they ended up chopping up the season to fit it into a 2 hour block just to wrap the Ori story... yeah. It jumped around way too much and left much to be desired, but it wasn't that bad. All you have to do is imagine about 10 hours of episodes mixed in between cuts and you have season 13.

I was pretty disappointed in The Ark of Truth... It was a little too deus ex machina for my taste.

Poor at best, even with a bigger budget they're out of ideas.

It was decent. In terms of the SG-1 series, it would have made a decent but not spectacular two episode arc. The chase scene with the gliders and F-15s was pretty cool.

Still, it was fairly predictable. I was a bit disappointed at the end because I was expecting for Mitchell to have something in common with Fry from Futurama.

I enjoyed it much more than The Ark Of The Truth. The time travel theme and disrupting the timeline has been often visited by many sci-fi shows and movies so it wasn't exactly ground breaking stuff. Anything is better than having to watch more of the Ori.

I liked the way it had so many characters from old plot lines, and many of them had only tiny parts, awesome continuity from the series.

Like several other people have said, it is easily better than Ark of Truth.
There are some satisfying moments and the last appearance of an old favorite.

I think I might wait a few months before I pick it up. Just last week I saw the first SG movie on sale for $15 or less when I paid $23 on day of release. I'm a cheap bastard... this bothers me.

I liked it. It probably won't blow your socks off, but it was still a good movie.
