Although I haven't played every game in history, I tend to think it's the antivirus that's the problem rather than the game. My computers all had AVG on them at one time, and my games all worked. I then switched over to Avira, and my games still work. Most complaints about antivirus software conflicts that I've seen were from McAfee or Norton, both of which could be described as malware by themselves.
 
Starforce, I'd like to meet the producer stupid enough to slap that shit back on their product. Might as well cover the box in leeches and maggots and see how well it sells.
