Are there any alternatives to Stardock's WindowBlinds shell customization application? Preferably free of cost as the best option 🙂
 
Litestep. Replace the shell entirely. I've been using it for years. Recently also started using visualstyles to compliment it.
 
StyleXP. its not free, though, but I think there's a crippled trial version. not sure, haven't used it in a while.

Thanks! I remember trying to use this way back in the day.. Has this become easier to configure and use than before?
