Starcraft problems

Damnit, I'm trying to get a game with some friends of mine, so I get FSGS which is a special Starcraft server with good performance and up time. But when I try to join a game, I always get a NOT RESPONDING error, and if someone tries to join one of my games, they get the same error. Anyone have an idea as to what's wrong? I'm on dial up so I'm not using any firewalls or anything..so I can't imagine what could be wrong.

Whenever I use battle.net, I get that error too. Usually happens only when the creator of the game is running win2k. I find that relogging back on to b.net seems to solve it.

Nope, I've relogged on a bunch of times to no avail. It happened last week too, which I thought were just some temporary problems in my end..but apparently it wasn't.
