a group of battlecruisers is pretty fail - every race has a strong counter to it (void rays, corrupters, vikings). a few battlecruisers is good, though, to force your opponent to counter BCs. IMO they're really only good for feints and some yamato support.

A group of BCs (like 10-12) will be pretty formidable as long as the user is utilizing the yamato cannon right off the bat. Doing so will cut the enemy's army in half.

Just finished 1v2 insane AI, 1v3 Very Hard AI, and 1v4 Very Hard AI. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to turtle against them, so I was forced to proxy like crazy. I tried proxy rax and bunkers with terran to keep the computers off balance, but that was too difficult. I ended up using protoss to set up a cannon and gateway contain (or cannon rush if necessary) until I could get my macro up and mass warp gates, robo, and starports (if it went late game). The trick is to get your economy up to as many bases as all of the AI's together, or else you simply cannot macro fast enough to keep up with their collective technology.

You can also just cannon all 4 computers, you don't even need to build a gateway.

1v2 insane ai, backdoor with sunken zerg tower.
1v3 and 1v4 very hard ai, megaton map. Go into their base put downt he pylon and forge.... put down cannons... just cannon creep the whole way into their base. Make sure you get them invading their area just a little bit, otherwise they gather up forces and can take you out.

Is it even humanly possible to beat the last mission on hard with all those nydus worms pouring stuff out at you? The jump in difficulty to that mission to the others is just insane. Even when I can get my base locked down, kerrigan comes and destroys it. Just ridiculous.

I wish some of the profile pics you can unlock were based on league. For instance, 10 wins in platinum league or diamond league rather than just 10 wins.

Did you forget...Blizzard refuses to deny bad/casual players anything.

Post it on the suggestion board for SC2... I doubt that's difficult to add :).

It's not hard. Put psi-disruptors at the perimeters of the base with bunkers and tanks. then build a bunch of Banshee's to take out the nydus worms when they spawn. have scvs at each entrance repairing and when you get supply capped just spam bunkers with the built in turrets.

When Kerrigan shows up, use the two BC's to yamato cannon her and attack her with the banshees until she goes away. Also full upgrades help a lot.

This is the strategy I used when I did it (Brutal),

Thank god you picked to get rid of air BD2003. It makes it soo much easier to just focus on ground.

Ok, I'm getting a lot of BSOD memory dump crashes in SC2 now.

I installed ATI 10.7 drivers yesterday and I've been having issues since. Previously, I was on 10.4 I believe.

Anyone else have issues with ATI 10.7 drivers? I'm going to go back to 10.4 if I can't figure this out.

I'm running 10.7 without any BSoDs.

I just played a random 3v3 where my teammates obviously had no idea what they were doing. It literally looked like they were playing their first game.

One was a Protoss that didn't know what warpgates were. He was still chronoboosting stalkers 15 minutes into the game.

The other only made voidrays and kept suiciding them into marine balls.

I checked on the profile of the first one and he's played 220 games of 3v3 and is still in Bronze.

i was playing a 2v2 arranged team ladder game yesterday and 4 minutes in i get a screen that says "You've been disconnected". Are there disconnect hacks out for this game already? my connection was fine, and i was on skype the entire time w/ my partner.

meh, ladder doesn't interest me... anyone know of any fun custom maps... Nexus wars suck, income wars is better. Spine lurker defense x is ridiculously easy. I enjoyed the starship troopers base defense but no one plays anymore and has since dropped down to page 4.

Did you ever play sc1?
Well even 2-3 month ago, it was full of noobs. I always lost my cool too, when I knew I was the best player but had crappy allies and lost.

I never played SC1 until a few months ago.

I tried to help him and show him what to do, but even if you "don't care" I don't understand how you can play that many games and still not figure that out.

I know I am. When I'm not playing it I'm thinking about playing it. Kickass game yo.

same here.

Also to anyone who chose a name they didn't realize they would be stuck with Blizz is going to offer a free name change soon. First name change is free and any after that will be for $$.

Seems to make sense to me.
