I like to think they were early prototype versions of the AT AT that did not have the massive armoring and ray shielding of the Episode 5 variants. Then again, this is the show where a B Wing snub fighter can one shot an Imperial Capital ship. (Not going to go there with the A-Wing that takes out the Super Star Destroyer in 6...)
You know, I don't think hyperdrives/starships work that way... If your engine is on fire, you tend to not be able to use it.
Also, Hera is now officially a terrible leader. She has gotten a number of rebel ships and pilots destroyed. And it's not as if the rebels have ships or men to spare.
Sure, if she had taken just a scratch or two I'd agree with you.Engines and hyperdrive are two different things as we saw multiple times in the movies where the falcons hyperdrive was broken but they were still able to fly around.
When she got back into normal space her ship was not moving other then drifting as we saw as her engines were down.
I dunno about that last episode, it seemed, kinda out of place or something. Im not a clone wars guy but Im guessing Sabine being from the House of Vizla is some kind of revelation?
That Mandalorian leader seems like kinda a puss in the Captain Phasma sort of way.
agree on meh plot.I'm not a fan of prophecy plots in general, as they tend to have things happen just because. However whatever this latest episode lacked in plot, they more than made up for it in artistic direction.
The music and the visuals in the whole third act are very un-Star Wars, but the end result is totally awesome. And this from a show that clearly struggles to do something amazing with a limited budget. The wide angle shots and a string-heavy orchestral arrangement invoke a mix of Firefly and Interstellar, and give it a much more spacey feel. Plus the imploded star cluster is just gorgeous.
meh.. waiting for Grand Moff TarkinCurrent rumor on SW sites is that Rebels season 3 will "introduce" Admiral Thrawn...
!!!

But that ship was a floating wreck. The back half was essentially gone and it didn't even exit hyperspace flying level. I'm willing to suspend my disbelief to a certain degree, but an A-Wing wreck flying through hyperspace on its own?
another kinda meh episode though i agree that the classical music they had going was a different spin than im used to seeing in Star Wars. So does that old lady lasat have force powers? and what about zeb? Does he have powers as well or is it just his weapon doing the magic?
There's reason to think both of them are slightly force sensitive. Nowhere near the level of the Jedi/Sith, but able to weakly interact with it at a basic level.another kinda meh episode though i agree that the classical music they had going was a different spin than im used to seeing in Star Wars. Presumably the Death Star is now mobile and by the time of this episode had been sent off somewhere else, hence the abandoned construction platform. The death star's been being built for about 15 years by now, shouldnt it be mostly put together? Unless they moved it somewhere to finish, and what happened to the genosians? Were they killed off? Im unfamiliar with that part of the canon.
I thought this episode was better than the last few, I know everyone is waiting for Ashoka and Vader to start dueling.
Interesting, probably be revealed that the empire killed them off so they couldnt produce a death star for anyone else. Anyone get the feeling that the "meteorite" is something more significant?
