ST III was pretty good, but there were parts that made be cringe:

Why did Excelsior have to make those stupid "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" sounds when it broke down? And the computer saying "Good morning" or what ever was just over the top.

Also, the last 15 minutes of the movie was both corny, overly long, boring, and awkward.

You put V in front of III, I, & IV?!!!!!

Did you even see V? That movie is a fucking travesity.

As a whole, V is not very good, but it has some great moments in it. I think what killed it was the low budget and studio forcing multiple re-writes of the script.

For some reason even though Star Trek IV made $100+ million in 1986 Paramount gave Shatner a budget of only $27 million to make the movie.
