Star Trek DS9

A few of my comments:

The first two seasons of DS9 were terrible. After that it got entertaining, but there was still an occasional bajoran priest falling in love and complaining about water in pacantha province or whatever. Just skip those episodes. Other than that there was some good fun in there. It was the first star trek series to follow long story arcs which made you look forward to the next episode. Consequently when those whiny bajoran love story episodes aired it kicked you in the nuts twice as hard because you were waiting a week for something good.

TNG was more of a one-off type show. You could tune in at any time and not have to know much about what happened previously. There were a few two parters here and there, but mostly they were just single episodes.

IMO, only the original trek and most of TNG are worth watching.

TOS is just excruciating to watch, and Enterprise is utter horseshit.

What? TOS is classic. I love how much of a role the music plays in the episodes.

For me, DS9 has way too many crap episodes where, for example, Dax runs into some person it dated with a previous host, etc. TNG has too many of these as well (episodes with Troi's mother, for example).

The Enterprise Xindi arc was good.

Voyager had it's good moments, but was fatally flawed by pussifying the Borg.

TOS has its good and bad points. Fight scenes right out of the old Batman tv series, for example. And, of course, the legendary William Shatner.

The one i remembered was against the cardassians and the gamma quadrant dudes.

Between DS9, TNG, Voyager; they all had several pretty awesome episodes. TOS was before my time, but the movies were pretty cool (Wrath of Khan). I didn't like Enterprise at all.
