Star Trek apartment

So basically you get a 200k appartment (or less), put some blue lighting in it, and try to sell it for 2M? Sounds like a good try, and you'll no doubt find someone stupid enough.
 
Seems to have done a wonderful job of a) recreating a star trek set and b) Destroying all usable living space in the apartment.
