RossMAN, I don't see where your confusion is coming from. I'm sure it's the $39.99 one. It uses the exact same wording in every situation you described. What problem is it you refer to? Is it not a good enough deal to get a $39.99 mouse for less than $10?

You're right I suppose, for $10 it doesn't really matter. I can always go back to my corded Logitech.
