Staples Visioneer 4400 Rebate

Has anyone received their rebate? It's supposed to be a $30 rebate from staples and a $30 rebate from visioneer.

I purchased my scanner on February 28, which qualifies me for the rebate. My rebate forms say "buy from January till March."

But when i check at staples.com and rebatehq.com, both say that my rebates are invalid because I bought it on the wrong dates. They have a rebate up right now that states the scanner needs to be bought from March till April. Can anyone help me?

call them and tell them. just go to rebate center on staples.com and look for the number.

Purchased Vissioneer 4400 from Staples.com on 02-23-01
mailed both rebates in on 02-28-01
rebate form says valid thru 03-01-01

Recieved one check for $30 on 3-26-01 from "Staples Vissioneer"
Looked at the rebate center tracking for Staples.com and my $30 Staples rebate is marked received and scheduled for fulfillment.

I suggest you call them and offer to fax them proof of purchase date and a copy of the rebate form you filed stateing the valid dates.

this is going to be locked, but i got the same thing...but it had to be postmarked within 2 weeks...i mailed mine after 13 days...i'm going to call tuesday & bitch like hell...we'll see what happens

edit - there were 2 diff. $30 rebates - 1 was from staples (mail any time), 1 from visionner (that's the 1 that had to be postmarked within 14 days)...my staples 1 shows as valid, the visioneer 1 is the 1 that is invalid

First of all, this doesn't go here, it should be posted in the original thread conserning this item. Secondly, to solve this just call 1-800-3STAPLE and beg them to send your check...hope this helps!

i personally have not received the rebates back yet, but i have received emails from staples telling me that it has been received.

OBTW No haven't received mine yet either but I sent it out on 2/28
