Bought a leather chair for about $300 w/ tax the day after christmas, it came with scratches on the arm rest thats wood, didn't care that much. A week later painted my room and got some paint on the back of it, called them for a exchange got it the NEXT DAY. They gave me a new one and its perfect. Also got a ELSA Gladiac Geforce2 32MBfor a VERY VERY EXTEMELY good price. Don't hesitate when shopping with staples.
 
Actually, I agree. I've read so many negative posts toward them in the hot deals forum. But from my experience with them, and the deals I've gotten far, I would reccomend people to buy from them anyday. Btw, that geforce2 deal was $130 I think.
 
I got my ipaq mp3 player from staples with a $40 off $200 coupon. Came out to about $170 after $50 mail in rebate 🙂 Plus next day shipping, sweet 😀
 
Amazingly enough, the one and only time I've ever ordered from Staples, they demonstrated excellent customer service.

They had IBM Thinkpads for $3.99 so, of course, I ordered five.🙂 And, of course, it was a SKU error and they were actually 1 ft. Cat5 patch cables. I figured, what the hell, I can always use them.

A couple days later I got a call from them to tell me that I wouldn't be charged and that I'd get my little cables for free. Small thing, but I thought it was pretty cool.🙂
