Staples Rebates?

Does anyone know if Staples rebates are valid when an order is placed with a Staples Dollars off coupon? I'm looking at a rebate form for a VTECH phone and it state something like rebate not valid with other offers, promotions and the like.

you can get a rebate when purchasing with a coupon,

however this is not a hot deal and does not belong in the hot deals forum.
