<< How is that scanner?? Is it just ONE rebate unlike last time? >>

Unlike what last time? This week? When it's a $70 rebate? It's *also* one rebate this week.

Maybe you are thinking about the Visioneer 4400, which was 2 rebates.

Bill

I believe the poster was talking about a deal a while ago where you were able to get a rebate on a printer/scanner bundle as well as the printer or scanner seperately. Since the one rebate required the UPC code from the bundle box and the other required the CPU from the scanner box. (the bundle included a printer & scanner in retail boxes, with UPC codes, packaged in another box which had a UPC code that was for the bundle only)

can anyone confirm on the scanner deal? i don't see the $80 rebate on their site. if there is a $80 rebate, i like to hold off until next week to make the purchase

<< I still don't have my rebate for that Envision monitor that I bought Day after Thanksgiving. >>

I've received my $100 back in late Dec, and sent in the additional $70 a few days after their deadline of 1/1/02. But I just checked staplesrebates.com and see that they have already approved my second rebate and a check is already cut for it. Yea! they paid me $40 to take the monitor off their hands.

Go and check your status and if there's a problem give them a call and they'll fix it right up.

kanio1...(can anyone confirm on the scanner deal? i don't see the $80 rebate on their site. if there is a $80 rebate, i like to hold off until next week to make the purchase )

Since the sale doesn't start until Feb. 17, there's no reason for they to put the rebate on their web until the start of the sale.

Go to OfficeMax and buy these Imation CDs at $39.99, and send in the $25 rebate, bringing the total to $14.99.
Obviously, the Staples before rebate price must be less than the present OfficeMax price, so you could pricematch at OfficeMax to make this deal even better when they go on sale at Staples.

<< Are you sure on the Visioneer 8100 rebate? It's posted on the web site and the rebate is for $70.00. >>

Sigh.. this is what's going to be on sale starting 2/17 (maybe a couple of days earlier). It is *not* the current sale.

Bill

thx for the early notice

<< $100 trade in of your old computer to P4...or $20 off $100 other items >>

i have a very old Pmmx @ 233mhz, think it will go through?😀

<< Anyone know which 15" LCD has a $70 Rebate??? Could be hot, I got a staples Business rewards coupon for $100.00 off envision flat screens... If it's stackable... even hotter >>

whoopee! $350 -$100 coupon= $250
$250 -$70 rebate= $180!!! for envision lcd!!!😀

<< hmm i need some smartmedia, i've been managing with the 16MB that I got free with the staples/finepix 1300 deal a while back... >>

wasssup - It's still a lot cheaper at Newegg.com

<< Are u sure that it start Feb 17
But thanks anyway
>>

No, I don't think that anyone here other than the person who saw the ad is SURE it starts on 2/17. Would you call your local store and ask them for us and let us know what they say? Thanks!

Bill

The smartmedia @ newegg does't need a rebate, but the $5 shipping hurts. With a coupon at Staples you come out ahead after the rebate

Sigh. The local store couldn't answer any questions on this deal. They were all out back using a garden hose to fill bottles with water. One of them did mention that they had to be finished by the 17th.

It's still a great deal on the Imation's and the scanner though.

Thanks MysticMan1.

CompUSA has the same SmartMedia and CompactFlash deal, $19.99 after rebate this week (well, 5c more). Of course, they don't have coupons.
