Why? You are supposed to be able to do it all on their web site but it is down until 11/30. This is for only certain Staples rebates only. Some, like SYmantec, require you to use the mail.

i checked my rebate form, and it freakin didn't have any of the id numbers and crap. i had to do it the old fashion way. i better still get my money.

You use the order number and SKU from the order confirmation email that they send you.
