As Far As The Canon Office Ready Family Essentials CD Goes That Was Not A Staples Rebate - It Was An In The Box Manufacturer's Rebate. However When I Placed My Order The Rebate Info Was Clearly $30 In Both The Title Header & At The End Of The Product Description. However Now The $30 Is Still Referenced In The Title But At The End Of The Product Description It Now States $10 Mail In Rebate!!!!!

I've Posted A Copy Of The Original Staples Product Info On My Web Site For Those Who Like Myself Already Placed An Order - I'm Calling Staples As Soon As The Product Arrives & I've Been Able To Confirm The Rebate Amount.

Ok - Here's The Bad News - Received The Canon Office Ready Essentials CD & Unfortunately There Is Only A $10 Inbox Rebate. Now the Good News - Called Staples And The CSR Tried Connecting Me To Their Rebate Center But Discovered That They Apparently Are Closed On Weekends So..... While She Stated That It Was Not Their Policy To Honor Web Site Typo Errors She Would Send Me A $20 Gift Certificate To Be Used Online Or B&M With No Minimum Purchase Required. I Asked Her For A $20 Credit To My Credit Card & She Said No To That. For Me That Was Sufficient As I'm A Regular At Taking Advantage Of Staples And As Anyone Who Follows the Forums Knows The Places Where You Can Get Both $ Off Coupons&Free Shipping Are Getting Pretty Scarce

In My Previous Post I Included A Link To A Copy Of Their Original Web Site Product Description If Any One Needs It For Ammo When Calling Them If They Also Placed An Order For This Product.
