Yea I got that a week ago to put me over $200 so I could use the 50 off 200. They had the rebate then. However, I wasn't too impressed with the quality. Honestly I don't trust putting more than 50lbs on it. But hey its still a $10 bookcase.

Yes they can hold dvds.
I brought one a couple of weeks back and currently using them to hold vhs tapes and some dvds.
It stands up well by itself without the need to lean against a wall.
Don't expect too much out of it, it held together by plastic(joints?) and cardboard.
Seeing that a plastic or wireframe cd/dvd holder cost the same, I'll take this wooden(particle board) one.

Vernor, thanks for the scanner tip. I already did that but when looking through the rebates, I realized I never did the $60 visioneer one. Did a bunch of the $70 and the $80 one but not the $60. Hope they still have some left. They did last time I was there.
