None of the "Early Bird" specials are listed though.

Allisolm is right - Staples only released those items that are for their Friday/Saturday sale - NOT the early bird items - those items will be on page one of the circular, where "they" currently have their grade-school looking graphics.

The early bird items will either not be listed at all due to the fact they want you in their store (most likely), or will not be posted until after the Friday early bird sale starts (possibly, as a last minute exercise in greed thinking they'll attract a few more lost soles to waste money in their stores)....

Items listed on pages 2 through 6 are for the entire TWO-DAY FRIDAY/SATURDAY SALES PERIOD....


That's the problem with not reading the thread, you miss the most important details when the original poster FAILS to monitor and update their post. Skim the thread, and you'll most likely miss the critical details on most fo the best deals posted to this forum. DO YOUR HOMEWORK....

Hmm, I think those pages are for today and tomorrow (do they even open tomorrow?) since it says 11/27-11/28. Only a few items have a note about "through Saturday".

You are right - for some reason when I check last night it was different.


Anyway, did anyone notice the $10 Twin USB hubs? With a coupon (after you add up to at least $40), it seems to become a hot deal. The CompUSA FAR one is also on my list, but I really would rather deal with Staples rebates, plus the possibility of using a coupon.

I think I'm going to grab that cheapo 19" Envision for $100... I already ordered my new desk from Officemax and also planned on getting a second display.... at that price, it could suck hard... just as long as it will do 800x600 and 1024x768 at reasonable refresh rates, I couldn't care less ....

What is up with staples??? First of all they gave me a rash over using the coupon codes and now they are waiting until the last minute to release the Early Bird Specials!!!
