There has been a thread on this b4. From what I gathered from that thread, some of the stores are setting up a pc in the store for you to be able to place an order online where you can use coupons and you will be asked when your order is complete if you want to pay though the pc by cc or print a receipt and pay at the register in store....there were some stipulation I believe about the merchandise must be either instock at the store or in the local wharehouse. I may be wrong about the whole thing altogether...but I have not been able to use the codes I found on the web at the B&M.

putting a computer in the store would make ordering that much easier, you could check stock with local stores and then order it then and there and know when it'll be in to pick up

Wish OD would get a system like this....that way we can know if prices are down instead of asking the csr's all the time......

I have had great success printing out an online shopping cart showing the discount codes and taking it to the store.

They seem to like to have documentation instead of just punching in a discount code.

Also, sign up for the staples email list. The codes usually come out on them and they always say you must print out the email and take it into the store.

Heck, just take one of the printed out emails even if it doesn't have the particular code you are going to use.
