159.98 - 30off 150 - $100.00 rebate Friday before 11am.

Any reason this won't work?

Update:11/23/01 I ordered online, used the coupon, and verified with a CSR that the rebate would be valid!

Update:11/26/01 The CSR called back and said that Staples WILL NOT HONOR THE REBATE if you order online. You have to order at a kiosk in the store and pay for it in the store when the store runs out of stock. If you order from online they will not honor the rebate. Also, they will not honor the rebate if you used a coupon. AAARRGGHH...the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing over there.

Update:11/29/01 I spoke with a different CSR and they have agreed to process the order as originally placed....we will see how this goes. Kudos to those who have already received theirs and there should be no problem with the coupon and rebate (subject to change at the discretion of the person you speak with at Staples).

Sounds good, but don't you have to buy it in store, I couldn't find an in store coupon for $30 off $150. I do have a $20 off $100 in store, if anyone wants a link.

In store only.

Friday [11/23] 7am-10am Early Bird Specials. Available in store only. One per customer. While supplies last. Limited Quantities.

I printed out the email of my $30/150 coupon, valid until 11/30/01.
"Valid in-store, online, or through catalog."
"Minimum purchase requirement of $150 must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies."

I assume when they ring up SKU#450426 the charge to my credit card will be $159.98 + Sales Tax.
No other coupons.
No instant savings.
Rather, a $100 rebate.

Last thing to check on the rebate is if *it* has some coupon restriction preventing redemption.

PS: *NOT* flat screen; .27mm dot pitch (vs. .25 on EN-780); 1280 x 1024 @ 60 Hz (vs. 1600 x 1200 @ 75Hz on EN-780)

So, it is not top of the line.
Can you live with that?
Otherwise, a bloom'n 17" monitor for $30 + Sales Tax on $159.98 !!!

A few early birds will get this worm!

Thanks! Deals dead for me then. No nearby Staples. $30 for a monitor is killer if you get it.
