what does the b&m part mean? and is it like a store? I have 2 staples where i live, i'm guessing b&m stand for business management, but when i called its not a store, and then i have a staples store, and i couldn't find the number for the actual store in the phone book
 
Go to staples.com to find your local stores. Why don't these people have one in Chicago? That is so messed up - the closest to Chicago is in Indiana. They do have Illinois locations but none here.
