I'm kind of amazed that a lot of these items are eligible for multiple quantities for rebates. For example, you can quality for up to 10 of these Maxtor HDs. Most rebates usually limit you to 1 per household.

Has anybody actually bought multiple items at Staples for a rebate before? And at different times? Was there any problems if these multiple items were on different receipts (for example, you bought one item and a few days later you pick up another one)? I kind of want to pick up another HD.

no problemo. i bought 10 of the 6 outlet extensions back on pres day and rec'd all of my rebates. i bought them between 2 orders; 9 on one and 1 on the other. i got a $45 and a $5 check respectively. that was online. i have also done the fuji photo paper instore. i didn't get one rebate because they were on the same receipt. for some reason the system doesn't like the multiple purchase on the same instore receipt but has no problem online.

Where does it state how many rebate submissions you can have per item? I tried to look, but I could not see anywhere that this information was listed.

Well, scheduled delivery the 17th.
No show.
Rescheduled for 18th.
No show.
Rescheduled for the 19th.

Just an update.
Rescheduled for the 20th, and it's 4:30 pm already. Supposely "on the truck" for delivery by 5pm .. but that's what I've been told for the past few days since Tuesday.
They did give me $20 off the purchase .. and "guarenteed" it would be here today. We'll see. Do they deliver on weekends?

Their shipping is pretty strange. I ordered the Linksys router on sale for $4.94 AR and a box of $0.49 paper clips to get it over $50 for free shipping and the Linksys was delayed. They sent the paper clips in their own box (next day delivery) that I am sure cost them way more than the paper clips in the first place. You could have put 20 boxes of paper clips in the shipping container they arrived in. The Linksys arrived 2 days later.

And my chair finally arrived today around 5:30pm.
I'm glad they took 20 bucks off .. it was worth the wait from Tuesday as long as they did that.

Thanks, I just picked up another Maxtor 250 GB hard drive

I got one too for $88 AR! Thanks, OP.

It's a pretty fast drive (albeit not silent).

Great deal. Mind if I ask how you got it to $88? Best I could do in my area was $109.xx AR.
