Standard scroll mouse with thumb button.

Is there anywhere I can get a standard (you know the small white mice they use at schools and such) scroll mouse with a thumb button. Mine is going iout and I can't find any like it at stores. All I can find that are simir are these, but they don't have a thumb button and are optical.
