What you mean is actually the gov't of the UK doesn't protect his right to free speech.

What you mean is actually the gov't of the UK doesn't protect his right to free speech.
There is no United States-style "Freedom of Speech" in the United Kingdom. No written Constitution to have a "First Amendment" incorporated.
