Stamps.com rant

Been trying to cancel my service with them for 2 months!!! Can't do it online unless you do it through the software somehow, but I deleted it a while ago. Doing it on the phone, I've been on hold for 45 minutes so far, and the estimated wait time was 2 minutes. This is typical, but they're only open while I'm at work, so I can only do it during lunch or when call volume is low.

And they keep charging me $15.99 a month. :|:|:|
 
I registered with stamps.com and then cancelled the bank card I signed up with (recently moved)
they keep sending me e-mails asking for money hehe
 
I bet signing up with a one-time use credit card number would work...I'd still cancel after a month just to make srue though.
