Stalling at startup

My piece of sh1t computer likes to stall at the desktop for 3 minutes on every bootup. Just sits there with wallpaper and mouse up but nothing else. Anyway i can fix it besides throwing this whole piece of junk in the garbage?

Only 3 views? Bleh! I don't have any spy/adware or viruses and i don't have much that needs to load at startup.
 
do a boot log and see where it freezes. Could be a program that didnt previously have a problem, is corrupt. Check your event viewer, see if any apps are hanging for a bit.

Event viewer doesn't seem to notice anything wrong, besides maybe something called Usernv, but i doubt that's it either.
