Bin awhile since last post, no worries, still kickin about.
Fur maybe awhile yet.. (as per "cracked" post some time back, I think it's old and toast now..) Still workin thru the courts with that mess, really screwed now, as my legal aid lawyer quit on me, (he's got a new job work'n for the crown... ): , darn, and it took me over a year to get him goin. If I wasn't target toast b4, am now.
Anyway, guess that's nuff whinin from this old dog. On to bigger and better things (ya right), Fred 1 is a amd500 k6II in a pos PcChip m590 (i think), had a samsung 2.5g hd on it as a secondary, an 8.5g fujitsu for primary. 125 meg ram. Twas messin with 15 hours ago, and the "D" drive (2.5g) took a freakin holiday. Not good, as some of my progs are installed to E drive. Loosing the D is gonna (woulda) pissed off windoze if I don' replace it with somethin.
Stuffed in an old 40meg hd, just to fill the gap so the EFG drive ain't outta whack. It's runnin (as I type on it and burn out my woofers, found a couple hundred watts for $30). Guess my main Q is, with the toasted 2.5, didn't matter what I hit it with (Norton dd, Media Tools, etc.)
I constantly got a "not nuff stacks" error. Increasing stacks as instructed by Norton and Micro$haft, no difference. Curious what happened, and if there's some adjustment I can make to get that old 2.5 back on the road.
{short of a ball peen hammer..Lost about a gig of stuff.}
Any help with "Stack Stuff" would be appreciated. And oh yeah, if yur a laywer and real board.... (Shame on me when there are people out there that have a longer sentence.....)
Best of luck to D, haven't followed the threads on that issue for awhile, have no resources whatsoever to assist, and find the whole mess so depressing/disgusting that I can no longer follow the story, havin' a hard time with the mess here as it is. Bin waitin for over a year to get put
